These terms govern your use of the SyrianJobs website.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Communications
If you contact us by email, we use your details only to reply to you.
Paying
Prices are shown before you buy. You pay online with Sham Cash, and a purchase starts as soon as Sham Cash confirms the payment. A plan does not renew by itself; you pay again for each period. You can pay the next period from Billing before the current one ends; it then starts when the current one ends, so no paid day is lost.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel a plan at any time from Billing. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then ends. We do not refund the rest of a period you cancel.
Money back
Ask us and we refund in full: anything you bought that has not started yet (an ad that is not live yet, a boost that has not started, a candidate package before we send you the first candidate); a company plan within 7 days of paying, if no ad was published and no candidate contacted with it; and a payment taken twice for the same order. If something you paid for stopped because of a fault on our side, we refund the part you did not get. We refund nothing else: not a purchase already used or started, and not an ad we removed or an account we closed for breaking our rules. Recruitment services we quote for follow their own agreement.
How to ask for money back
Write to us from the Contact page with your order number (it starts with SJ-). We answer within 3 working days. The money goes back to the Sham Cash account that paid, in the same currency, as soon as we send it.
What a refund ends
A full refund ends what was bought, that day: the plan stops, the ad leaves the site with any boost on it, the boost stops, the candidate package closes. When the refund is for a period paid ahead, only that period is taken back and the current one runs to its end. A refund of part of the price leaves the rest as it is. A payment taken back through the payment provider without asking us ends what it bought in the same way.

The name, logo, and content on this site are ours unless stated otherwise.
