Junior Operations Officer

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, especially written English, is essential.
• Computer Literacy: Good computer skills and the ability to work confidently with computerized systems.
• Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.

• System Adaptability: Ability to learn and use ERP systems like Odoo and other logistics software.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and social interaction skills.
• Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Procedural Adherence: Ability to follow instructions and approved procedures.
• Multitasking: Ability to multitask and handle multiple shipments or tasks simultaneously.

• Prior Experience: Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
