Commercial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries, including sales invoices, purchases, receipts and payments, in Al-Amin software.
• Perform bank reconciliations and regularly reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Manage inventory and follow up on periodic and ongoing stocktaking of materials and assets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including the income statement, balance sheet and cash flows.
• Review and audit financial documents and invoices, and ensure their accuracy and approval.
• Assist with monthly and annual account closing activities and account reviews.
• Archive and maintain financial documents and records in an organised and easily accessible manner.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of practical accounting experience.
• Demonstrate full proficiency in using Al-Amin accounting software.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
