Graphic Designer

About the role

Glovent is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join its full-time team. The role requires working in person from the company’s office in Damascus, while developing consistent visual designs that meet the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of designs and creative ideas to achieve attractive and professional outputs

Supervise the visual identity of events and apply its design elements

Coordinate continuously with the projects team to implement design requirements

Develop attractive and professional visual ideas for projects and events

Use artificial intelligence programs within design and production processes

Create videos when needed and benefit from previous experience in producing them

• Develop professional graphic designs for digital and printed materials according to work requirements
• Turn ideas and briefs into clear and attractive visual concepts
• Prepare and implement visual materials consistent with the approved visual identity
• Review and update designs based on the required feedback and modifications
• Organize design files and prepare them for production and publication according to the appropriate specifications
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to understand needs and deliver designs within the specified deadlines.

Required qualifications:

• Have advanced experience in graphic design and preparing diverse visual materials
• Master design and visual editing programs used professionally
• Have a portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality of execution
• Convert requirements into clear and consistent designs
• Pay close attention to detail and comply with visual standards and deadlines
