Social Media Specialist

About the role

Beraline is looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage its digital presence and introduce its cleaning, maintenance and gardening services. The successful candidate will work on-site at the company's headquarters in Jaramana, within a specialised Syrian company serving homes, companies, hospitals and schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's accounts on social media platforms and update their content according to a clear plan
• Write and format introductory posts about cleaning, maintenance and gardening services and the target audience
• Create monthly content calendars and follow up on publishing schedules and the quality of published materials
• Respond to comments and messages and quickly refer customer requests to the relevant departments
• Photograph and coordinate visual materials for services and field projects in cooperation with the relevant teams
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports containing results and practical recommendations
• Coordinate paid digital campaigns and follow up on their results within the approved budgets and plans

Requirements

• Have intermediate practical experience managing social media accounts for brands and services
• Master Arabic writing and prepare clear content suitable for each platform
• Use content scheduling tools and analyse post performance
• Have experience coordinating images and videos using design and editing tools
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to follow up on multiple tasks
• Be willing to work on-site at the company's headquarters in Jaramana
