Project Manager

About the role

Lead cleaning, maintenance and logistics projects at Peraline, based in Damascus, within a hybrid work model. Coordinate work teams and clients, and follow up on service delivery for homes, companies, hospitals and schools according to clear plans and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and define the scope of work, resources and timelines with the relevant teams
• Coordinate the delivery of cleaning, maintenance and gardening services with clients and operations teams
• Track project progress and monitor adherence to deadlines and the quality of services provided
• Manage communication with clients and address feedback and operational challenges quickly and clearly
• Review project needs and coordinate the distribution of resources and equipment among work sites
• Prepare periodic reports on performance, progress, risks and required corrective actions

Requirements

• Have practical experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, and follow up on timelines and resources
• Communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations and address problems
• Have practical knowledge of cleaning, maintenance or logistics operations
• Work from Damascus according to a hybrid, full-time work system
