Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Target potential customers and build a database of customers and companies.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers and introduce them to the company's products.
• Develop business relationships with contractors, fit-out and decoration companies, engineering offices, and targeted customers.
• Present commercial offers and negotiate prices and sales terms within the approved authorities.
• Follow up with customers and sales opportunities until deals are completed and agreements are concluded.
• Follow up on offers, prices, and orders, and coordinate with management to ensure the agreements are implemented.
• Prepare regular reports on visits, customers, sales opportunities, and achieved sales.
• Adhere to the visit plan and achieve the specified sales and marketing targets.
• Follow up with existing customers and develop the volume of business with them.
• Have previous experience in field sales, preferably in the field of fit-out and decoration materials.
• Possess strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and business relationship-building skills.
• Attract new customers, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate tact, good conduct, and a professional appearance.
• Hold a valid driving licence and be prepared to work in the field.
• Organize visits, follow up with customers, and prepare reports.
• Demonstrate commitment and discipline, work independently, and take responsibility.
