Responsibilities:

• Supervise the service team and distribute daily tasks.
• Ensure the dining area is ready and clean before and during operations.
• Follow up on service quality, order accuracy and speed of delivery.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle their feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on employees' compliance with service, appearance and professional conduct standards.
• Report operational observations and problems to the Restaurant Manager.
• Have previous experience in restaurants and guest service.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Organize work and handle operational pressure.
• Commit to quality, cleanliness and discipline standards.
