About this role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the marketing strategy to achieve the company's objectives.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns and monitor their results.
- Supervise the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Develop plans to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
- Analyze the market, study competitors, and identify marketing opportunities.
Required qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Have experience in digital marketing and managing advertising campaigns through social media platforms.
- Possess leadership and management skills, with the ability to plan and make decisions.
