About this role
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers, identify their needs, and provide them with suitable products.
- Explain product specifications and prices, and answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and follow up on customer orders accurately.
- Communicate with customers and follow up on their inquiries and needs.
Requirements:
- Preferably have previous experience in indoor sales or retail sales.
- Have good sales, persuasion, and customer communication skills.
- Demonstrate a polite manner and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Have good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs.
- Organize work and follow up on orders accurately.
