Sales Supervisor

Requirements

• Receive sales orders from representatives, review them, and ensure the accuracy of their details.
• Forward the orders to the warehouse, follow up on their preparation, and prepare them for delivery.
• Communicate with customers, follow up on their orders, and respond to their inquiries.
• Coordinate continuously between representatives and the warehouse to ensure that orders are processed smoothly.
• Preferably have previous experience in sales, administrative coordination, or order follow-up.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers and representatives.
• Use Microsoft Office programs proficiently.
• Have strong organisational and follow-up skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have a good level of English.
