Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Supervise production operations in the field and follow up on the implementation of work according to approved plans and instructions.
• Follow up on workers' performance and distribute daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with the required specifications and standards.
• Follow up on adherence to production and completion schedules and address operational obstacles in coordination with management.
• Ensure the optimal use of raw materials and supplies and reduce waste.
• Hold an intermediate institute certificate or a university degree in a relevant chemical or industrial specialization, preferably.
• Have previous experience supervising production or working in the field, preferably in the field of cladding and decoration materials.
• Have good skills in organizing work, following up with workers and distributing tasks.
• Have the ability to monitor product quality and identify operational errors and problems.
